Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships in Singapore and the APAC region. This role is pivotal to expanding our client base, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth in new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the HR and SaaS industries, and strong connections within the business community in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in Singapore and across the APAC region, with a focus on HR, SaaS, and global employment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, business owners, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with Agile HRO’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Lead outreach efforts to recently funded startups and established businesses expanding globally, focusing on industries and sectors aligned with our services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Agile HRO and generate new leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in HR services, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
- Must bring an established network of contacts and decision-makers within Singapore’s business community, with an emphasis on startups, tech companies, and multinational organizations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and growing client bases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the HR, SaaS, or global employment industries is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global HR solutions, EOR services, or SaaS-based platforms.
- Knowledge of APAC market dynamics and business practices.
- Prior experience working in a consulting capacity or as an advisor to startups or fast-growing companies.
