The Realization Group (TRG) is a B2B Marketing/Go-To-Market agency specifically focused on Financial Markets. We are a team of subject matter experts in financial services, financial technology and digital assets, with a unique network of financial services professionals and award-winning communications and go-to-market services. 

We are currently going through a significant growth and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage client relationships, coordinate marketing projects, and ensure successful campaign delivery. Acting as the primary contact, you will understand client needs and objectives, working with internal teams to exceed expectations. Your role will involve establishing and growing long-term client relationships by delivering aligned campaigns and strategies while anticipating their ongoing needs. You will lay the foundations for successful relationships and continuously seek ways to enhance engagement and exceed client expectations.

In this role you will: 

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with our most critical clients
  • Ensure the successful execution of the client’s strategy, by aligning on priorities and tracking deliverables to agreed deadlines
  • Develop detailed, comprehensives briefs for the wider team of contributors on the account, based on the scope of delivery and services
  • Structure the wider team of contributors and subject matter experts as required to meet client deliverables and execute on agreed strategy
  • Provide regular status reports to keep clients informed on project progress and key milestones including updates on timelines, budget status, performance metrics, and next steps
  • Update CRM and internal workflows with latest updates and activity for each account
  • Work with the account owners to understand and align on strategic objectives and direction and identify key contacts, success criteria, etc
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services into existing accounts
  • Escalate any issues or concerns pertaining to a specific account or delivery
  • Build relationships based on integrity, empathy, and predictability

You will be someone who: 

  • Has 4+ years of experience in account management in a marketing agency environment
  • Experience and understanding of Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Is a self-starter, extremely organised, and enjoys getting results
  • Is always challenging the status-quo and exploring new ways to deliver
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well as part of a wider team, always putting the team over the individual
  • Is able to work remotely with occasional travel for company and industry events

Ideally, you will also be someone who: 

  • Is familiar with HubSpot, Project Management tools and Google Workspace
  • Has set and reported on KPIs and/or OKRs
  • Is familiar with the most recent AI tooling and developments
