Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving sales and building strong client relationships. This role requires an immediate joiner who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the IT services and staffing industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in direct sales with quota of 3cr – 5 cr annual revenue.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Shimmer HR.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT services or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and staffing market in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
