**The Role: **

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Marigold. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and creating compelling visual content across various digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with our product and marketing teams to design all levels of marketing materials and brand assets that resonate with our audience and reinforce our position as a leader in relationship marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio, a keen eye for typography, design trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually striking and user-friendly designs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print media

* Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications

* Create marketing materials, including social media graphics, e-books, presentations, and infographics

* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design projects

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in SaaS, tech, or related industries

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

* Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping

* Proficiency in Google Suite for collaboration and presentation creation

* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including branding, digital design, and print media

* Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

* Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* Saas/Tech Industry experience a plus

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience:**

* Experience with UI/UX design principles

* Knowledge of web design and responsive layouts

* Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

* Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

* Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a team environment

* Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

* Adaptable and quick learner; able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity

* Motion graphic design knowledge a plus
