Responsibilities

– The Infrastructure BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the infrastructure aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the organization.
– This role involves close collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure that all infrastructure BIM tasks align with project requirements and industry standards.
– The Infrastructure BIM Coordinator works closely with the BIM Manager and other discipline-specific coordinators to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure models with other disciplines.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
– Coordinate the infrastructure BIM team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project timelines.
– Foster a collaborative working environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among infrastructure and other discipline-specific BIM teams.
– Mentor and support infrastructure BIM team members, helping to develop their skills and knowledge in line with project requirements and industry standards.

Quality Assurance:
– Ensure that all infrastructure BIM deliverables meet the highest quality standards, in compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
– Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of infrastructure BIM data.

Stakeholder Engagement:
– Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure BIM-related matters, liaising with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across all disciplines.
– Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure that action items related to infrastructure BIM tasks are addressed promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:
– Prepare and submit all required infrastructure BIM reports, including progress updates, coordination reports, and quality control documentation.
– Ensure that all infrastructure BIM documentation is maintained and readily accessible for review by stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
– Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure BIM processes and implement best practices across the infrastructure BIM team.

– Must have prior knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
– Ideally seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experieince
