Description:
The Senior Front Office Associate is a key member of the hospitality team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. This role involves overseeing front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing reservations and inquiries. The Senior Front Office Associate assists the Front Office Manager in training and supervising front office staff, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a high standard of service. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail. The Senior Front Office Associate also plays a role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
– Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
– Support the Front Office Manager in training and supervising front office staff.
– Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
– Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
Requirements:
– Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
– Assist in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures.
– Monitor and manage front office supplies and inventory.
– Ensure a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
– Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
