Regional Sales Manager (Institutional/Retail Sales)
Job Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, focused, and highly professional candidate with B2B sales and team management expertise. He must be able to motivate himself and his team to meet sales goals. He will be in charge of on boarding new dealers and distributors as well as maintaining professional relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors. His initial tasks will also include designing, assessing, and implementing strategies to boost sales, meet goals, monitor sales performance, and bring in new business for the organization. He will also be in charge of developing a network in the hospitality industry to promote our brand and products.
Role: Regional Sales Manager (B2B- For Institutional Sales/ Retail Sales division)
Location: Guwahati (HQ)
Package: Up to 10 Lakhs per Annum
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Qualification: Must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Responsibilities and Duties
- Increasing company sales by implementing the necessary strategies and meeting sales targets and expectations.
- Supporting/managing/guiding existing institutional clients with the best solution.
- Managing sustainable business growth by forecasting quarterly and annual profits and making strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for brand building and promotion in the hospitality industry.
- Conducting business meetings with potential clients to generate new leads or enhance existing opportunities.
- Responsible for negotiating contracts to get the most beneficial deal for the client and organization.
- Cooperating with other teams and departments to achieve exceptional results.
- Creating regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Identify hiring needs, and select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the responsibility area.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions about expansion or acquisition
- Suggest upcoming services/products and innovative sales techniques increase customer satisfaction.
