Objective :

As a Mobile Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and performance of our mobile e-commerce app. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Your goal is to create a mobile shopping experience that delights customers and drives growth.

Job Duties :

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile app in alignment with overall business objectives.

User Experience and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric design approach, creating an intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing app interface.

Feature Development: Identify, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business needs.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze app performance metrics, user behavior, and feedback to continuously optimize the app experience and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with engineering, QA, data, and marketing teams to manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to ensure our app remains competitive.

Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, their needs, and preferences to ensure the app meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Agile Methodology: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective communication and alignment within the product team.

Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of app updates and new features.

Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmap plans, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualification :

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile apps, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, including experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, A/B testing, and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UXcam, webenggage, Firebase) to drive decision-making.

User-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with a deep understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices.

Agile Methodology: Experience in agile product management and familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, mobile commerce trends, and competitive dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customer journey mapping and building user personas.

Previous experience with international expansion or multi-market mobile strategies.

Familiarity with mobile payment systems, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.
