The Agency supports a range of consumer brands who sell products on Amazon and Walmart. The company is known for its excellent customer service and expert-level Amazon & Walmart consulting, including Catalog Support, PPC, SEO, Content, Inventory Management Support, Case Management Support, and more.
Position Summary:
The Walmart Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of several clients, as well as support other team members, and the agency as a whole, with delivering best-in-class service. The Walmart Account Manager should have a great deal of Walmart Seller Center experience and be able to hold a client call without the need of management. The candidate should also display a great sense of autonomy, be proactive, and understand a client’s needs based on the stage their business is in.
Essential Functions:
· Build and consolidate Walmart listings
· Utilize various 3rd party tools to develop best-in-class listings for clients
· Draft titles and SEO for Walmart listings
· Write copy for Listing Optimization/Walmart SEO
· Open cases on behalf of clients to troubleshoot catalog issues
· Conduct competitive marketplace research to help Walmart businesses grow
· Assess client inventory levels and make recommendations (as needed)
· Recommend best-in-class Walmart content, and understand the content specs
· Manage CPG clientele
· Draft initial PPC campaign architecture and have experience running ads on Walmart
· Utilize all Walmart ad types to gain exceptional results
· Maintain organization and client budgets
· Be a great team member and assist team members with a range of on-demand client needs
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years Walmart Marketplace experience, 3-4 years preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related field
· 2-3 years of Walmart marketing experience preferred
· Strong analytical skills, ability to use Excel to effectively analyze data
· Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Great critical thinking skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, following written procedures and processes
· Keen ability to reprioritize tasks as client needs change

Compensation
· $2,200 – $2,600 based on experience
· Time-off TBD based on experience
