Role Description:

Our client is looking to add to its experts team with a full-time remote experienced Embedded Software Engineer that will join the team that builds the Sensors using RTOS and/or embedded Linux program.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and debug embedded software for RTOS & embedded Linux-based
• systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, firmware
• developers, backend developers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality connected
• embedded solutions.
• Implement and integrate middleware components, libraries, and third-party software.
• Perform board bring-up, system integration, and testing of embedded systems.
• Analyse and optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and provide support to other
• team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in embedded systems
• and Linux development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals, device drivers, and system
• architecture.
• Strong understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX etc), including communication
• and embedded security stack
