We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other PPC networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure high ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and conversion-driven ad creatives.
- Manage and optimize budgets to maximize performance within allocated spend.
- Track, report, and present campaign results and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tracking software.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with retargeting, display ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C industries.
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
