We’re Hiring: Digital Support Specialist at Entoss Technologies (Remote)
Entoss Technologies is looking for a skilled **Digital Support Specialist** with 3-4 years of experience to join our remote team. If you’re experienced in managing website updates, marketing campaigns, SEO, and digital content creation, we want you on board!
Position: Digital Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Experience: 3-4 years
Qualification: Relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and maintain website updates, event postings, and regular maintenance
– Improve SEO and organic search visibility through keyword optimization
– Plan, schedule, and execute marketing campaigns, including strategies and results analysis
– Utilize **Systeme.io** for email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
– Create and manage landing pages for events and campaigns, directing traffic to sign-ups
– Design and sequence follow-up for marketing campaigns and ensure branding consistency
– Manage and update social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) with consistent brand messaging
– Distribute blogs, articles, and content, including designing graphics and visual elements
– Source targeted email addresses for campaigns through research
– Run and maintain a monthly e-newsletter campaign
– Support digital promotion through banner designs for exhibitions and events
– Promote and educate audiences with collages of event videos and images
– Assist in backend design and execution of digital marketing plans
– Create engaging content for the shipping industry to boost website traffic
– Run Google Ads and social media promotions for special occasions
– Build and maintain a prospect database for campaigns, including sourcing and vendor management
– Focus on increasing brand visibility and driving registrations for free vessels or containers
**What We’re Looking For:**
– 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and campaign management
– Strong skills in website management, email marketing, and social media updates
– Experience with digital tools such as **Systeme.io**, Google Ads, and social media platforms
– Strong communication and design skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital projects
– Familiarity with sourcing data and maintaining marketing databases
– Remote working environment
