Art Director (Remote)

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and senior-level Art Director to join a prominent, fast-growing e-commerce digital marketing agency based in the US. You will need a great eye for branding and design, as you will be responsible for leading all branding projects and e-commerce UI/UX website design + development projects. This candidate will also be client-facing, leading client meetings and presenting to clients, so top-tier communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all branding projects (eg. brand decks) and e-commerce UI/UX website design + development projects
• Take full ownership of design projects, from conceptualization and branding to visual execution
• Create visually stunning and effective designs, including graphics, layouts, motion graphics, and more
• QA design work from the team to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients, ensuring thatall creative output meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and objectives
• Own client relationships, lead client meetings, anddeliver effective client presentations, ensuring that clients are always kept in the loop and aligned on all deliverables
• Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring that projects are deliveredunder project timelines and constraints
• Resolve problems and helpremove obstacles to support team members, ensuring thatclient work moves forward effectively and efficiently
• Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in design, with a strong multi-disciplinary portfolio
• Extensive experience in the e-commerce/Shopify industry highly preferred
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design software
• Top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
• Ability to work inUS Pacific Time Zone, Monday to Friday (8:00am PT to 4:00pm PT)
