Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analytics: Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to maximize results. Prepare monthly reports to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and paid ad campaigns.
• Community Management: Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
