MID LEVEL DEVELOPER

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mid to Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in SQL and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter capable of working independently and delivering high-quality solutions without constant supervision. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework, managing databases with SQL, and working within the Azure DevOps environment to streamline development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support application needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Database Management (SQL):

• Write complex queries and ensure database optimization for performance.
• Design and maintain database schemas, indexes, and optimize queries for improved performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data needs and deliver database solutions that meet business requirements.

Azure DevOps:

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployment processes and improve development efficiency.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based environments, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
• Continuously improve DevOps practices to accelerate development cycles.

Project Management:

• Work autonomously, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code, following best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and QA, to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments (development, testing, and production).
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and continuous integration.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in query optimization, database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with cloud services in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to solving issues and learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

• Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
• Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
• Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
• Dedicated Home Office – Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
• Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
• Webcam – Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
