Now, we’re looking for a ReactJS Developer to join our team and help us build high-performance mobile apps on iOS and Android in 2024 and beyond.

About the Role

We’re seeking someone who is not just passionate about development but thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This role will involve architecting and building React Native applications while collaborating with other teams responsible for various layers of the product infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop & Deploy: Build and distribute web apps using ReactJS, based on designs and wireframes provided by our design team.
• Code Quality: Focus on bug fixing, code refactoring, and improving application performance by writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers to provide feedback on the feasibility of their designs and ensure seamless implementation.
• Agile Development: Contribute to an agile team that tackles complex challenges and delivers high-quality software solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Share knowledge with the team and participate in skill development activities.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring that the end product meets their expectations.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience building ReactJS applications.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with a command of spoken and written English.
• Design Appreciation: A keen eye for great design and craftsmanship.
• Work Ethic: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving excellence.
• Passion for Learning: A thirst for knowledge and a desire to take on challenges.
• Detail-Oriented: Include “R-US-2024” somewhere in your application so that we know you’ve actually read this.

Interview Process

• Application: Submit your application
• Pre-Qualification Survey: [5 mins] Complete this if you’re shortlisted.
• Culture Fit Interview: [30 mins] A conversation with our Founder.
• Take-home Technical Assignment: [1 week] Assess your coding skills with a real-world task.
• Technical Interview: [60 mins] A deep dive into your skills with our Founder & Software Engineer.
• Reference Check & Offer: We check references and make you an offer if everything aligns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month
