Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic team of digital marketing professionals. As a Project Manager at Establisho, you will oversee the execution of fashion marketing campaigns and manage a team of talented individuals, including Meta Ads specialists, graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients’ projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards and driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Meta Ads specialists, graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers.

Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their needs.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges and issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on the fashion industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and working with graphic designers and video editors.

A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the industry trends.
