We are a IT software solution provider based in Hong Kong which we specializes in certain industry such as healthcare industry (75% or up), real-estate marketing industry and also other commercial marketing industry. We are looking for UI / UX Designer who coordinates with our senior UI/ UX Designer to provide UI design of web application and mobile-apps as well.

Requirements:

You must fulfill the below requirements 1-4 to process to next interview process

1. At least 3 years experiences in UI/ UX design industry **

• With showcases of UI/ UX design for web-based / mobile application development **

2. At least 3 years experiences in UI/ UX design by Figma **

• Proficiency in web-based / mobile application screen designs **
• Proficiency in interactive prototype designs **
• With reference job showcases **

3. Proficient in using Adobe XD, photoshop and other design tools.

4. Highly proficient in spoken and written English **

5. Have high-speed internet access, computer or required equipment for the completion of tasks **

6. Highly proficient in spoken and written Chinese is an advantage

7. Experience in medical or healthcare industry is an advantage

Responsibilities:

** Continuously update about industry trends, best practices, and adopt technologies to improve design skills

** Pay attention to project background and requirements

** Understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points for best user experiences

• Conduct research to related project reference
• Develop user interface design of web-based / mobile application
• Create design systems and guidelines of web-based / mobile application
• Create mockups, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes of web-based / mobile application to communicate design concepts and user experiences
• Ensure consistency in design style across different features and components
• Conduct usability testing to validate and refine designs
• Analyze and incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experiences
• Communication with technical team and business analysts for the UI/ UX designs
• Internal communication with Hong Kong team and overseas team using Zoom, Telegram or Whatsapp
• Coordinate with other UI / UX Designers
• Direct communication with end-users, if necessary

Work Style:

• Remote working at home or any place preferred by candidate
• Frequent communication is required during agreed office hour time. Candidate is required to show up in video conference upon request, may be in an urgent manner
• Onsite seats will not be provided
• Service agreement shall be signed
• Head Quarter based in Hong Kong
