Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent at Parva Real Estate LLC, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through every step of the property buying, selling, and leasing process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in making informed decisions, provide market insights, and close deals in a timely and professional manner. You will be an essential part of a high-performing team, utilizing the latest tools and technologies to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property tours for potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and available listings to provide clients with accurate information.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Transaction Management: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, disclosures, and contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
• Networking: Build relationships with mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals to offer comprehensive services to clients.
• Client Consultations: Provide expert advice and recommendations on property investments, market conditions, and real estate opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of luxury or commercial real estate markets
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, including social media and digital advertising
• Strong local network and established client base
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
