We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with good Kubernetes knowledge to join our IT Operations Competency Center. Together with Adobe, we are working on moving Adobe’s flagship e-commerce solution to a fully automated environment in the cloud. As part of a strong team of over 40 Specialists, you will be participating in implementing automation and best practices into the product’s software development lifecycle.

Your role

Parameterizing and coding backend solutions in Java within a DevOps infrastructure primarily focused on Cloud, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
Developing new functionalities and modularizing existing monolithic features to enhance system flexibility
Integrating software modules with external services to ensure seamless data exchange and functionality
Designing and implementing automation pipelines for CI/CD
Working with development teams to ensure that software is designed and architected with a focus on automation, scalability, and maintainability
Establishing and enforcing best practices for configuration management, security, monitoring, and compliance
Managing and optimizing the performance of software applications and infrastructure

Your skills

At least 5 years of experience in Java Programming
Solid knowledge of the DevOps area
Proficiency in Kubernetes and Cloud technologies
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git
Strong written and spoken English skills
