Stubbe’s is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services.
Head Office is located in Harley, ON (between Woodstock and Brantford)
The expectation would be to work 0.5 – 1 day in an office per week.
JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development this role will involve sales of our cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. You’ll have the opportunity to develop connections that foster loyalty and be part of a company with a fantastic culture that appreciates your achievements.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
- Travel to customer locations as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory levels and track product availability.
- Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.
- Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
- Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Experience in sales coordination in construction, cement or building materials would be considered an asset
- Willingness to travel regularly for internal meetings, training, and customer events.
- Self-driven and result-oriented individual who thrives on building long-lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cement or construction materials is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
