- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and secure web applications using C# on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Take ownership of system architecture, making key decisions on performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for new technologies, tools, and practices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues across both frontend and backend.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the solutions you develop are cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development with a strong focus on C# and React.
- Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core, and associated backend technologies.
- Extensive experience with React.js AngularJS or equivalent and front-end development, including knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of database design, experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and experience optimizing database queries.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and experience in working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, and code refactoring.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring or managing other engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of message brokers and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with performance profiling, monitoring tools, and optimization techniques.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
