- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives in global markets, focusing on both acquisition and retention.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand values and resonate with target audiences. Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences in the fashion accessories sector.
- Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities.
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with an expertise in paid media and influencer marketing
- fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- have strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- strong understanding of the China + international markets is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers and internal teams.
- creative mindset with a passion for fashion/ handbags and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- hands on and able to work in a team and independently
- flexible with occasional business trips to China
