Styleyn is an innovative online fashion brand on a mission to become the biggest in the industry. We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert to join our team and drive performance across our paid marketing channels.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Google Ads Expert with a strong background in performance marketing. This role will focus on creating, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive sales, improve ROAS, and scale our business. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in driving revenue through paid ads, a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement strategies for Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize targeting.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and creative assets to maximize performance and ROI.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to identify best practices.
Implement strategies to scale high-performing campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze and report on the performance of Google Ads campaigns through Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other tools.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
Keep track of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats/features.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our in-house marketing team and designers to ensure the creation of compelling ad creatives.
Collaborate with the Facebook Ads expert and other team members to create cross-channel strategies.
Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and ad performance to influence marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) for performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets and achieving high ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Proficient in keyword research tools, audience targeting, and bid management platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and/or fashion retail is a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
