Position Overview:

 We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia, based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a robust network and extensive sales experience, particularly in securing large enterprise-level projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the IT services and software industry.

·        Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in IT services or software solutions, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.

·        Network: Extensive network of contacts within the East Asia region, particularly in Hong Kong.

·        Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

·        Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and industry trends.

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

·        Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or other regional languages is a plus.

·        Strong network and connections in East Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Taiwan

·        Excellent communication , presentation, and negotiation skills

·        Go Getter : Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the East Asia region.

·        Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large enterprise-level projects, within the IT services and software domain.

·        Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

·        Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

·        Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
