Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketer leader. As a Lifecycle Marketer you will ideate, develop and optimize customer and host experiences that drive meaningful business results across various stages of the buyer’s journey. By leading our customer engagement efforts throughout the entire customer and host journey. You’ll lead our CRM workflows and all touchpoints to optimise conversion and be responsible for conceptualising and overseeing targeted communication journeys.
Some of the key responsibilities you would be trained for and expected to contribute are:
- Design, build, execute a multi-channel communications strategy and CRM for conversion and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Drive acquisition, retention, upsell and win-back, improving conversion rates across each customer lifecycle stage
- Coordination of all process design and implementations including supervision of content curation, design, kpi setting and concept creation.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Lead boatsy to gain skills to convert leads
You will report into the CEO and be tasked with creating and executing program strategies that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline and generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities and top performing customer engagement experiences though out user journey. This person will work closely with key stakeholders including our Performance Marketing, Product and Content, Marketing, design teams to deliver a highly effective and targeted customer communications programs and channels.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Craft sophisticated customer and host engagement communication materials including email programs, videos and any other material needed to develop campaign tactics that make buyers move.
- Develop compelling copy for all your programs and collaborate with Design and Product Marketing teams to refine and align it with our brand’s look & feel, tone of voice etc.
- Get to know your buyers at the deepest level; what makes them tick, what content they engage with and what drives them to action.
- Work with regional leaders in our organisation across multiple regions to localize your programs and provide them with campaign support as needed.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Drive marketing influence sales pipeline
- Build and manage a high-performing Lifecycle marketing strategy
- Work with Product teams and analyse competition to identify distinct customer segments and buyer personas, leveraging the CRM and martech to create highly personalised comms journeys
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach, continuously optimising campaigns and automation to improve conversion rates
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing teams to identify gaps and priorities for our lifecycle marketing programme
- Set up a reporting framework to monitor key lifecycle health metrics and performance KPIs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Personal Character Requirements:
- Excellent English skills including writing and speaking (all interviews will be conducted in English and your target audience will be global audience not Turkey-oriented)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You need to be a good storyteller with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous work experience in a marketplace company-related field is a plus
- Interest in the travel industry and passion for providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a growth marketing role
- 5+ years of CRM experience – hands on and strategic experience in CRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns and automations
- Has experience in identifying and implementing the right marketing technology stack
- Proven experience in leading lifecycle management and engagement strategies that drove improvements in acquisition, retention, cross-sell, up sell and Marketing ROI.
- Have created and executed a segmented, multi-channel marketing comms strategy which delivers personalisation at scale
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools – i.e. Hubspot
- Adept in funnel analytics and embedding regular reporting of core lifecycle health metrics
