Major Purpose Reporting into the Director – Account Management, this is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced senior level Account Manager to join a well-established, leading communications tech company which excels in the provision of media targeting, monitoring and analysis software for public relations and marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities Offer a consultative and solution-focused experience to your clients to ensure they have the correct products for their needs. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow book of business Oversee the entire client experience in relation to the products and services offered by the company. Conduct face-to-face and remote meetings with clients to offer and assist with expert training and support on our products. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction resulting high retention rates and expansion opportunities. Communicate and coordinate with other internal teams to ensure the clients’ accounts are managed seamlessly and any potential issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Maintain high on-time renewal rates within a multi-million-dollar portfolio of existing customers. Cross and up sell different solutions and services to the existing client base. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM database and keep records of contacts, roles, responsibilities, discussions, meetings, and on-going progress up to date. Collaborate with other team members while sharing such things as best practices and industry updates. Develop and hone an excellent knowledge of business, our competitors, and the industry collectively. Other duties as required Job Requirements A minimum of 3 years of sales and customer facing experience with focus on high customer retention. Proven account management experience in a relevant industry such as media, public relations, databases, software sales. A consistent and documented record of achieving monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Demonstrative record of success in retaining accounts. Comfortable curating and presenting high level presentations to key stakeholders to affirm customer value and solidify Agility partnership. Demonstrative experience with consultative selling techniques. Proven ability to be highly organized and proactive to maintain first class customer experience. Proven record for closing large and mid-size companies. Customer-first mentality; great at building trust and rapport with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver and train clients on our products and services, offering training and support where needed. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to track your relationship and conversations with clients.
