Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to technology, process automation, and digital transformation.
• Develop content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, social media, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand content.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to produce timely and relevant content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and error-free writing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a tech content writer or similar role.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in writing technical content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of technology, software development, and process automation.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other writing tools.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
