Creative Designer (Remote)

As a Creative Designer for Digital and Offline promotions, you will play a key role in creating compelling visuals for our digital events, industry events, social media promotions, advertisements, power point presentations (is a must) and offline events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our branding and messaging resonate effectively with our target audiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for designing. You should also be able to illustrate designs from scratch and be proficient in both creative designing and video editing.

Objectives of this role:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for digital and offline events, including graphics, booth designs, videos, and power point presentations that align with our brand identity.
• Illustrate original design concepts from scratch to effectively communicate ideas and branding.
• Create social media assets and promotional materials for various campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across platforms.
• Develop print materials for offline events, such as brochures, signage, and merchandise, that enhance the attendee experience.
• Edit and produce video content for events and promotional purposes, ensuring high-quality and engaging output.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that drive engagement and attendance.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our event visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly in event and promotional materials.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in both digital and print design is preferred.
