We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s next phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs across multiple channels with the objective of moving prospects and customers down the funnel. The ideal candidate is a deeply analytical and strategic thinker who enjoys scaling both inbound and outbound marketing strategies within a highly collaborative team environment.

This position is for candidates in the central and east time zones.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Hubspot experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Your Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects and customers. Work closely with other team members on content, events, and other programs to drive demand for our products.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to drive adoption, promote product offerings, and enhance customer retention. Develop personalized and segmented email content to maximize open and conversion rates.
  • Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion. Collaborate with freelancers and external agency partners to design and implement website enhancements.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and optimize landing pages and user journeys to enhance conversion metrics.
  • Paid Media: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Optimize ad performance, manage budgets, and analyze ROI to maximize the impact of paid media efforts.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Generate reports, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Continued Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, relevant research, competitor messaging, and growth marketing best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our growth marketing efforts.
