Role & responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Tailor recruiting strategies to attract candidates who meet job qualifications and align with the company’s core values and culture.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Emphasize sourcing candidates who fit the companys core values and culture during the screening process, ensuring they understand and appreciate the organization’s unique way of operating.
3. Interview Facilitation:
Incorporate questions and assessment methods that evaluate candidates’ alignment with the companys core values and their potential to thrive in the specific organizational culture.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Ensure a deep understanding of not just the technical requirements of each role but also the cultural fit and alignment with core values, collaborating with department heads to define the ideal candidate profile.
5. Onboarding and Integration Support:
Contribute to onboarding processes that introduce new hires to the company’s core values, culture, and expectations, facilitating a smoother integration and alignment from the start.
7. Recruitment Process Optimization:
Continuously refine recruitment processes to assess candidates better and ensure their alignment with the company’s core values, culture, and professional qualifications.
Preferred candidate profile
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. The Candidate must have 7 to 8 years of experience in the recruitment domain for IT companies based in the USA.
3. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on hiring international candidates for a USA-based company.
4. Proven Experience hiring IT and non-IT candidates for a USA-based company.
5. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring regulations.
Strong understanding of visa processes, work permits, and international hiring procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Skills:
1. Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
2. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
3. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
4. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
