The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the retail sector. The individual will oversee various marketing activities, including campaigns, in-store
promotions, while working closely with the sales, product, and merchandising teams to
ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms.
Job Responsibility
Strategy & Planning
? Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive footfall, customer
acquisition, and revenue growth.
? Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new marketing
opportunities.
? Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
? Create annual and quarterly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Campaign Management
? Lead the development of retail marketing campaigns, both online and offline that support seasonal promotions, new product launches, and brand initiatives.
? Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
? Ensure alignment with visual merchandising and in-store promotions to enhance customer experience.
Brand Management
? Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-store communication.
? Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence in all marketing materials.
? Build and maintain relationships with brand partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Growth in footfall and sales.
? Return on marketing investment (ROMI).
? Customer acquisition and retention rates.
? Brand awareness and perception metrics.
? Performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).Key Skills:Mandatory:
? 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of success in
campaign execution and brand management.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills.
? Ability to analyze data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive marketing
decisions.
? Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills

Job Location: Matunga, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days (10.30 am to 7.30 pm)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
