About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our team.

The position requires deliverables to be provided under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills are a must, as well as coolness under pressure, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to cope with rapid change. Above all, the role requires a dedicated individual who understands and can raise Vcheck’s high standards and design aesthetic to the core.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Product Design: Take ownership of the design process from concept to launch. Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring our products to life.
• User-Centric Focus: Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
• Aesthetic Excellence: Set a high bar for visual design. Create interfaces that are visually stunning, polished, and consistent with our brand identity. Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
• Collaboration: Willingness to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.
• Innovation: Stay on top of the latest design trends and technologies. Push the boundaries of what’s possible and bring new ideas to the table.
• Strategy: Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Vcheck products

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• 8+ Years of Experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people’s needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
• A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem solving
• Proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
• Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of the implemented product.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design software.
