About Us:
We are a fast-growing wellness company committed to empowering individuals through transformative breathwork practices. As we continue our expansion, we seek a skilled digital marketing professional to help drive our growth and take our community to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be a key player in our mission to promote well-being and mindful living.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Campaigns Manager will lead all aspects of day-to-day digital marketing to acquire new customers and drive business growth. You’ll have a hands-on approach and will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, generating briefs, and working with creative teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns; driving customer acquisition for our products, including courses, app memberships, and retreats.
- Utilise A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to optimise sales funnels and customer journeys, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights (GoHighLevel).
- Work with the creative, tech, and media teams – as well as external agencies, to develop high-performing marketing campaigns and produce collateral to enhance promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with the community manager, video editors, and copywriters to align messaging and visual assets across all marketing channels.
- Use marketing intelligence, customer insights, and analytics to understand audience behavior and the effectiveness of campaigns (Segmetrics, GA4).
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing analysis and insights to stakeholders for continual optimisation – employing a “test and learn” approach to maximize ROI.
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from planning and brief writing through to delivery and quality control, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Proven track record of executing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, campaigns, and results confidently.
- Highly analytical with a strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and performance marketing metrics.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
- Experience in the wellness industry is desirable but not required.
Please note: This is a hands-on role that will require multi-tasking, working to pressured deadlines and keeping campaigns on track. You will be getting your hands dirty with day-to-day brief writing, feedback, funnel building and filling in reports etc.
Perks & Benefits:
- Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
- Free access to company products, including training courses.
- Opportunities to attend company events and retreats.
- Work with a friendly team in a high-growth business environment.
- Networking opportunities, attending fun events, and meeting creative and aspirational individuals.
- Scope for progression as the business grows.
- The ability to have a positive impact on your community and society at large.
