alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems. .

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
– Ceramic wall and floor tiles
– Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
– Precast concrete products and architectural elements
– Office & home furniture and interior décor products
Job Purpose

Responsible for Fit-Out Site the works and activities related, ensures that the fit-out process meets design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Accountability Areas

Project Management:
– Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
– Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.

Site Supervision:
– Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that fit-out works are carried out according to design plans and quality standards.
– Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Quality Assurance:
– Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
– Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Material Management:
– Assist in selecting and procuring materials required for fit-out projects, ensuring they meet project specifications.
– Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site.

Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues encountered.
– Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting any challenges and resolutions.

Communication and Collaboration:
– Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns.
– Foster a collaborative environment among team members to ensure project success.

Health and Safety Compliance:
– Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
– Conduct safety audits and implement necessary safety measures.

Academic Qualification
– Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Any relevant field
