What You’ll Do

• Manage product listings: Upload, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, and details
• Oversee inventory: Track stock levels, ensuring accurate data and timely restocking
• Process orders: Handle order fulfillment, shipping updates, and resolving issues promptly
• Support customer service: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience
• Maintain platform functionality: Ensure the eCommerce platform runs efficiently, troubleshooting any issues
• Generate reports: Provide regular updates on store performance, sales, and operational efficiency

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or admin support
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
