Network Engineer Iii Project Leadership (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Network Engineer III with 9 to 12 years of substantial technical expertise in server and network hardware and software. This role is pivotal in leading large-scale technical projects while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage both large and very large technical projects, ensuring timely execution and planning.
• Coordinate teams and resources effectively to deliver optimal customer service.
• Adjust priorities and tasks dynamically to align with diverse customer needs.
• Provide innovative technical solutions to intricate business challenges.
• Handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Propose adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of server and network hardware and software, including MS Windows NT Server 4.0, MS Windows 2000 Server, MS SMS 2.0, IBM Server Hardware, Bay Networks Hardware, and Citrix/Terminal Server.
• Proven track record in leading significant technical projects and managing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Strong analytical, problem resolution, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate teamwork and project success.

Qualifications

• 9 to 12 years of relevant technical experience in network engineering or a similar capacity.
• MCSE training and certification are considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large-scale technical projects.
