Job Summary:

The Walmart Wholesale Specialist is responsible for providing timely customer support, handling orders, returns, and product inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role focuses on conducting product research, maintaining Walmart’s account health, optimizing product rankings, and identifying competitive niches to drive sales. Additionally, the specialist manages inventory, monitors ROI, and ensures compliance with Walmart’s platform requirements.

Job description:

• Provide timely assistance to customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Help customers track orders, process returns, and handle exchanges efficiently
• Offer detailed information about products, promotions, and policies to enhance the shopping experience
• Product research and supplier hunting
• Maintaining account health, assuring better ranks, increasing sales, monitoring ROIs, Finding competitive niches
• Accurately input and update customer information, orders, and inventory data in the system
• Proven track record of maintaining Walmart accounts

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience of 3+ years in Walmart Account handling
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Expert handling of online tools like Helium 10, Data Spark, etc
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless forecasting and budgeting
• Assist in promoting products and services, upselling where appropriate
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
• Effective problem-solving skills
