CoveCare Center has a FT Remote Call Center Communication Specialist,This position involves a variety of tasks required for the smooth operation of the agency functions, including call center, answering telephones, assists clients with their questions and addresses issues regarding services, and duties related to client appointments and visits.
Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone call center to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and notifying prescribers of medication requests.
- Notifies prescribers and clinicians when clients have arrived for their virtual appointments, managing telehealth waiting areas.
- Receive payments and records receipts for services.
- Schedules appointments and request forms, subsequent appointment scheduling.
- Responsible for providing support to resolve client inquiries or concerns.
- Adhering to HIPAA Guidelines
- Undertakes related duties as assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and at least one year call center representative experience. Excellent communication skills, customer service, client focus, phone skills, listening, verbal communication, data entry skills, objectivity, dependability, and multi-tasking. Working knowledge of Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets. Preference given to candidates who are bilingual Spanish.
