This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Our Teams specific area of expertise is network contractual pricing and participation. We keep the carrier updated as to the network investigation and outcome. We assist in responding to formal issues, DOI complaints, suits and arbitrations.
  • Interacts with customers, both internal and external to review and respond to issues related to pricing applied to client bills.
  • Issues can be related to contractual pricing and participation, bill review and fee schedule pricing.
  • Receive and review customer requests and act as in intermediary between the carrier, provider and the pricing network to ensure the bills were priced correctly to the provider’s contract and rates.

Qualifications:


Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
3+ Years Workers’ Compensation, or Health Insurance Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
Provider network or Medical billing review background is helpful
Salesforce Experience is preferred
