Role Overview:
Weelo is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who brings deep expertise in selling to the US market and has a proven track record of closing deals. This role requires an individual capable of both generating leads and owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing high-value deals. You will leverage your expertise in identifying key opportunities, managing a robust pipeline, and building strong relationships with decision-makers to drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: As a self-starter, you will be expected to independently generate leads and identify new business opportunities across the US market. Use a blend of cold outreach, strategic networking, and social selling to expand your pipeline.
- Full Ownership of the Sales Cycle: You will oversee the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals. While the pre-sales team handles product demonstrations, your role will involve booking demos, following up with clients, addressing objections, and negotiating contracts to secure the deal, ensuring Weelo’s solutions meet the clients’ needs and goals.
- Maximizing Lead Potential: Engage with leads generated by Weelo’s internal lead generation team, qualifying and progressing only high-potential opportunities. Your focus will be on converting leads into solid business outcomes.
- Strategic Engagement with Decision-Makers: Develop and manage relationships with senior-level decision-makers (C-Suite, VPs, Directors) at mid-market and enterprise-level organizations. Tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each account, positioning Weelo as a critical partner in their success.
- Closing High-Value Deals: Ensure a high closing rate by mastering our solution’s capabilities and aligning them to the unique business challenges of each prospect. Demonstrate value and urgency, securing long-term agreements and partnerships.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close coordination with Weelo’s Account Executives on more complex, high-value deals, ensuring a smooth transition and cohesive customer experience.
- Metrics-Driven Performance: Leverage CRM and data tools to track pipeline progression, forecast revenue, and continually improve the lead-to-close conversion rate.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven history of success in selling to the US market, driving revenue growth, and closing six-figure deals.
- Demonstrated expertise in independent lead generation and full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics, particularly within B2B SaaS, sales automation, or eCommerce.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with experience building and managing relationships at the executive level.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas, particularly in competitive and high-growth markets.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain accountability while managing a demanding pipeline.
