Construction Data Center Project Manager (Remote)

Our client seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Data Center construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes specific to Data Center builds. The successful candidate will collaborate with

cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success
• Participate in site assessments and risk assessments to inform project
• Identify and engage relevant subcontractors and vendors for specialized

Project Execution

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans and
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues promptly. (will involve some travel)
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and project communication to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Budget and Cost Control

• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to provide accurate cost forecasts, cost-to-completion analyses, and budget updates.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes related to Data Center
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects
