Key Responsibilities

• Master the art of demand forecasting by examining sales data, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations to accurately predict future requirements.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
• Spearhead the transition to a new ERP system, ensuring a seamless implementation with minimal disruption.
• Formulate advanced statistical and business models to forecast demand and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and shared goals.
• Monitor essential metrics and continuously refine demand planning processes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision making.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on demand forecasting.
• Proficient in statistical and business modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand planning capacity, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred, or in the process of obtaining it.
• Demonstrated success in managing ERP migrations and driving operational improvements.
• Familiarity with various forecasting models, including ARIMA and exponential smoothing.
