Responsibilities
CooperSurgical medical devices are looking for a Regional Business Manager (RBM) – South Europe. You will be tasked with developing the business within the regional market through our direct sales team and through our distribution partners.
You will be responsible for 8 direct reports in the region covering Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
As a RBM you will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies in the region, increasing sales and market share as well as managing and developing the sales team. Additionally, you have responsibility to manage and renew contracts and pricing with public and private customers, create a network of KOLs and excellence centers to support education and promotion of our clinical portfolio. The successful candidate will drive the adoption, implementation and development of our existing surgical and obstetric portfolio solutions, evaluate new market opportunities and serve as a key liaison between product management and sales channels, which includes collaborating with various stakeholders to assess, prioritize and facilitate the development of customer content solutions to solve for customers’ toughest challenges.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager for South Europe. This role is pivotal in developing our business within the regional market and supporting our aggressive growth ambition in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
Lead, develop, and manage the regional sales team.
Manage and renew contracts and pricing with both public and private customers.
Establish and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), training, and excellence centers to support the education and promotion of our clinical portfolio within Gyn/Obst
Drive the adoption, implementation, and development of our existing surgical and obstetric portfolio solutions.
Evaluate new market opportunities and serve as a key liaison between product management and sales channels.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and facilitate the development of customer content solutions to address their toughest challenges.
Qualifications
Educational background: business administration, commercial
- 5 years of experience as Regional or National sales manager or alike
+2 years of distribution partners management highly desirable.
Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Business acumen
Stakeholder management
Fluent English and Spanish, France or Italian language
