Business Development Executive | Heroleads | Egypt
Heroleads Middle East is looking for a Business Development Executive in Egypt to help us scale our business and take it to the next level.
The ideal candidate has gained experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/she should be confident in building new client relationships from the ground up.
As an entrepreneurial, self-organized goal-getter the ideal candidate delivers results consistently.

This is an opportunity on a remote-/work-from-home contractor basis.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, researching, and building data for Heroleads target segments and identifying key decision-makers in these accounts through online channels, LinkedIn, and other prospecting/researching tools.
- Identifying new business opportunities for our company through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales prospecting techniques and proactively approaching relevant contacts within Heroleads target segment across GCC specifically UAE and KSA
- Building initial rapport with prospects, identifying their needs, qualifying them and scheduling meetings/video calls for our Business Development Manager
- Following up with prospects to qualify them and to ensure show up
- Writing detailed reports and relaying relevant information to the Business Development Managers before scheduled meetings
- Keep accurate, detailed records in our systems (salesforce), sheets, and google drive
- Taking ownership of your activities and attending sales meetings when required/needed
- Creating and supporting the business development manager in building business proposals for our potential clients (when required)
Qualifications:
- Fluent English ( Written & Spoken )
- Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Good attitude and work ethic, and willingness to grow, learn and improve in business and life
- Proven track record of both customer experience & outbound sales in a reputable company
Requirements:
- The potential to relocate to Dubai and get reassigned to the Dubai team in the future (the current role will be based in Egypt)
- Sales acumen
- B2B experience is a must
- The willingness to learn and develop yourself in all the sales cycle areas (prospecting, cold calling, presentation, closing, etc.)
- Motivational and Excellent communication skills
- Having the ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitask
- Have a good understanding of business processes and the Heroleads business model
- Being organized
- Taking on tasks independently
- Having a keen eye for detail and an understanding of how to use data to come up with solutions
- Self-confidence and trust-building
- Familiarity with digital platforms
- The ability to work under pressure
- Taking initiative, improving the sales process, and coming up with creative ideas to scale the company
