About the Role:

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our team’s success, leading the day-to-day execution of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through a consultative approach. You will translate complex client requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining an organized Scrum backlog. Acting as the central point of communication, you will enhance collaboration between development teams, designers, and clients, ensuring alignment and driving progress. You will conduct thorough research to make informed decisions on project tools and technologies that best meet client needs. • You possess functional business knowledge—business development, strategy, product development, and project management.

• You are comfortable with big-picture thinking, contributing to the overall product vision and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience at a multinational consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
• 6+ years of business management or consulting experience with a Fortune 500 caliber organization.
• High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ZenHub) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
• Demonstrated leadership and authority in leading teams and influencing decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Skilled in interpersonal intelligence, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience.
• Strategic thinker with experience contributing to overall product vision and strategic goals.
• Experience as a mediator and facilitator in resolving conflicts and achieving consensus.
• Comfortability in working with multiple initiatives across concurrent projects.
• Candidates must be located within the United States or Canada; this is a full-time position (W2 US/T4 Canada) and must be willing to travel on an occasional basis as needed.
• This role is 100% remote; you must have a professional office setup at your working location.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Documentation: Translate complex client requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining an organized Scrum backlog.
• Project Management and Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving successful delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Cross-Functional Facilitation: Facilitate and enhance collaboration and communication between Frontend and Backend development teams, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and clients, acting as the central point of communication and ensuring alignment.
• Technical Decision-Making: Conduct thorough research to make informed decisions on project tools and technologies that best meet client needs.
• Barrier Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that may impede project progress, supporting teams in maintaining momentum.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide tailored updates and communications to internal teams and stakeholders at all levels(ranging from managers to C-level executives), fostering transparency and trust.
• UI/UX Consultation: Consult on UI/UX design and usability to enhance user experience and product quality.
• Business Growth Contribution: Engage in strategic activities aimed at contract renewal and business expansion, identifying opportunities to add value.
