Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions while managing projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that design objectives align with project goals and deadlines.
Training on all aspects of Architectural and Interior Design will be given.
During the first 3-4 months, day-to-day supervision will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging design concepts for various projects, high end residential, office, hotels and bespoke furniture design.
- Utilise design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch UP, AutoCAD) to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Put together schemes for fabrics and finishes for manufacture of bespoke furniture.
- Source and procure FF&E.
- Visit factories and manufacturers for quality control to sign off furniture and joinery.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure all procurement is placed in a timely manner, and sub-contractor teams are keeping to the deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Project Management experience in running your own projects and managing your own deadlines.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch UP & AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
