About us

Fairpicture is an impact startup that aims to establish fair photography and

video journalism as a standard in communication. Our local photographers and

video journalists tell independent and compelling stories about development

projects and humanitarian aid, free from stereotypical representations.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage photography and video

productions, providing reliable support to both our clients and creators

throughout the process.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the management and coordination of photography and video

productions and support the successful completion of projects through

content-related and administrative tasks

• Act as a liaison between clients and visual creators
• Receive and prepare photo and video materials for client approval
• Issue invoices and conduct debriefings
• Lead of the production management team

• Excellent English skills are required, French fluency is essential.

Additional languages are a plus

• Leadership and moderation skills
• Affinity for visual storytelling and a desire to make a positive impact on

the world with us

• Experience in photography and video production is an advantage
