- Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction across the entire solution life cycle
- Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions utilizing frameworks like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to solve complex problems in enterprise-class applications
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the engineering organization
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
- At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design of systems
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Strong familiarity with GraphQL web services
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Gradle, and Artifactory
- Knowledge of real-time event-steaming platforms and NoSQL/Graph databases
- Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
