What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify meaningful needs
- Document requirements such as BRD/FRD for the configuration and development teams
- Manage and prioritize production incidents, release management, and new application implementations
- Serve as a point of escalation for timely action and resource engagement
- Track backlog progress with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in digital asset management
- At least 2 years of experience with the Acquia DAM product stack
- Strong meeting facilitation skills with a proven ability to encourage team participation
- In-depth knowledge of existing digital asset management tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

- Expertise in digital asset management within a marketing organization
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and support staff development
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cause and effect analysis for problem resolution
